Kaitlyn Bigoni’s practice includes all levels of civil litigation. Kaitlyn has handled a broad variety of cases within the sphere of litigation for both plaintiff and defendant clients, ranging from minor claims to those with damages in the multiple millions of dollars.
Kaitlyn has also assisted clients in the management of tax and other business concerns and has helped clients start and grow their companies. She is skilled at navigating complex areas of the laws facing businesses and individual clients.
Kaitlyn is admitted to practice law in all California state courts. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Sacramento County Bar Association.
Kaitlyn obtained her Juris Doctor from University of California, Davis School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as the Managing Editor of Business for the Journal of International Law and Policy and as the Secretary-Treasurer for the Law Student Division of the American Bar Association. Prior to law school, Kaitlyn graduated from University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Psychology. During her undergraduate studies, Kaitlyn was the first undergraduate student to teach a discussion section in the Sociology department.
