Leah’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including cases involving business, real property, and trusts and estates. She has assisted with litigation involving partnership disputes, construction defects, lease disputes, breach of contract, and trust and estate contests.
Leah also supports the firm by handling transactional matters, including corporate, contract, trust and estate, and intellectual property matters. She is skilled at navigating complex areas of the laws that affect both businesses and individual clients.
Leah is admitted to practice law in all California state courts.
Leah earned her Juris Doctor from University of California, Davis School of Law and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. During law school, she externed in both the Sacramento County Superior Court and for the Hon. Troy Nunley at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, as well as earning multiple academic awards. Leah previously graduated from Occidental College with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics.
