Matt Gross’ practice focuses on business and civil litigation. Before joining Parker Law Group as an attorney, Matt worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm and for Union Pacific Railroad, where he assisted on a variety of cases. He has experience working on pleadings, discovery, case analysis and research, and law and motion, including motions for summary judgment.
Matt is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Matt obtained his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating with great distinction. He received a Witkin in Federal Income Taxation. During law school, he published an article on cyberbullying legislation, served as president of the Business Law Association, and externed for the Hon. Ronald J. Sargis at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern District. Previously, Matt graduated from California Polytechnical State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in history.
