Suliman’s practice focuses on business law and litigation, including contract, intellectual property, and ownership disputes. Suliman has substantial experience with labor and employment claims, and he counsels companies in developing compliant employment practices. He further represents parties in professional malpractice and insurance bad faith claims.
Suliman has handled all aspects of civil litigation, including representing clients in arbitration evidentiary hearings and before the California Labor Commissioner’s Office.
He has been recognized by his peers as a Sacramento Magazine “Top Lawyer” in the field of Commercial Litigation. Suliman is fluent in Pashto.
Suliman earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of Moot Court. Suliman was an advocate on the McGeorge Moot Court team that finished second in overall oral advocacy at the 2017 International Trademark Association Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. During law school, Suliman was an extern for Associate Justice William J. Murray, Jr. of the 3rd District Court of Appeal. Prior to attending law school, Suliman graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences with a minor in chemistry.
