Navjeet practices business and civil litigation, including handling all aspects of pleadings, discovery, motions, and pre-trial matters.
Prior to obtaining her law degree in the United States, Navjeet was an associate advocate in New Delhi, India, where she handled civil lawsuits and arbitrations and argued cases before the Delhi High Court, District Court, and State Consumer Forum. She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
Navjeet holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law and Policy from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Previously, she graduated from the Symbiosis Law School, Noida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (B.A./LL.B.), where she also co-authored an article on competition law and intellectual property rights for pharmaceuticals.
