PRACTICE & EXPERIENCE

Micah practices business law and litigation and handles disputes involving real property, employment, and trust and estates. Micah also has experience working with individuals involved in bankruptcy claims.

Micah joined the firm in 2022 as a law clerk and continued his clerkship through law school until his admission as an attorney. He currently serves as Treasurer for the Business Law Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association.

ADMISSIONS

Micah is admitted to practice law in all California state courts.

EDUCATION

Micah earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he was an Anthony M. Kennedy Scholarship recipient. During law school, Micah was a judicial extern for the Hon. Ronald H. Sargis at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California and worked as a certified law student in the Bankruptcy Clinic at McGeorge. Prior to attending law school, Micah graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Political Science.
