Suliman’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including cases involving business entities, trademarks, and unfair competition. Suliman has extensive experience with employment and wage and hour disputes including discrimination claims, whistle blower claims, unpaid overtime claims, and misclassification actions.
Suliman also has experience counseling small businesses on transactional matters including FMLA/CFRA compliance, interactive process compliance, and California compliant employee handbooks. Prior to joining Parker Taylor Law Group, Suliman was an associate at a reputable civil defense firm where he helped defend employment, personal injury, and wrongful death actions.
Suliman is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Suliman earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of Moot Court. Suliman was an advocate on the McGeorge Moot Court team that finished second in overall oral advocacy at the 2017 International Trademark Association Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. During law school, Suliman was an extern for Associate Justice William J. Murray, Jr. of the 3rd District Court of Appeal. Prior to attending law school, Suliman graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences with a minor in chemistry.
